Castle did a great job on our hurricane shutters! Years later I contacted them to se if I could replace a lost part of the locking mechanism and they responded immediately and gave me the pieces I lost no charge!!

I had an excellent experience with Castle. I had several shutters replaced with both folding and roll down types. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. Was very easy to deal with the office staff. The shutters were installed and the operation of them was demonstrated by a very able installer. All in all this was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Castle.

The windows and installation were very good. It’s been several years and the windows have held up well and haven’t leaked. The measurement and installation crew were exceptional. The issue I had was the contract was set up for the company to receive full payment prior to permit close out. I was assigned a young man who had an attitude with me and refused to close the permit. I had to get another from the office to close the permit because he refused. From that point forward, I have not signed a contract that pays in full prior to permit close out. I won’t have my project held up by one person with an attitude again.

This company replaced our windows and doors and installed our hurricane screens on our patio. It was a smooth installation and we had a difficulty under one of the floors but once solved the installation was completed! I had trouble locking one of the doors because I was unaware that the other part of the window also moved! Once that was made clear to me the door could be locked! A little drama but the windows have increased the value of my home and our building which was required to replace all of their patio doors and windows too! So our insurance went down and the building cosmetically looks a lot better without any need for shutters!!!

Excellent job by Castle. Sooooooo great not to worry about hurricane steel shutters. The impact glass allows one to view the hurricane winds from a safe place in your house. It's well worth the investment.

We purchased shutters for our sliding glass door.
Our experience started with a very low sales pressure, informed demonstration of what our shutters would be and how they would work.
Castle kept us informed of material delivery prior to install installation.
The shutter installation was seamless with a demonstration of how to use and lock the newly installed shutters.
As a courtesy, castle also looked at other non Castle shutters and made some minor repairs, free of charge.
I would strongly recommend using Castle for their easy to use shutters,

Job professionally done. Measured, fabricated and installed to satisfaction. Approvals from HOA and Scheduling of installation could have been handled a little better , but satisfied with the installation. Would recommend to anyone needing folding shutters.

I recommend Castle Impact Windows pretty much across the board. Chris the sales guy, is very thorough, has tons of experience and provided pricing that I thought was very fair compared to other quotes I got. Stephanie and the other people in the office are very responsive and they follow up on things to keep them moving. My installers, Shengo and Brandon, were great today putting in the window. They arrived on time, went right to work and got the job done! The window looks good and it opeartes easily compared to my old windows and shutters. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I had a good experience with Castle Impact in 2020. The salesperson explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The entire process was seamless. They applied for the permits and I didn't have to do anything. I think they took two days to complete the 4 windows and a sliding glass door. The finishing wasn't the greatest. Some of the seams started cracking right away, especially on the inside. I haven't noticed any major issues. They were supposed to come back and install the fastener covers but they never scheduled a time with me. They were "in the area" one or two days but I wasn't home. (I travel for work) It's been about 5 years and I was able to figure out the fastener covers for the windows, but I have to cut the ones for the sliding glass door. Maybe I'll figure it out one day.

I have been dealing with this company for 40 years. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality of my shutters and the customer service they provide. When my wrap around shutters were inspected by the city inspector he could not get over the quality of the shutters and how expertly they were installed.

Great window and door company for Impact & Hurricane protection. We had the choice for both PGT and CGI mfg. for their selection to match and installation. Their team replaced, installed and cleaned up 30 units in our house in a timely manner with no issues. Our sales person Bobby Gonzales was great with the pricing, design process and accommodating oversized openings. Way back in 2005, Folding Shutter Corporation manufactured shutters for 5 window openings for my home. This year, 2019, is the first time I have put up the shutters by myself. Every other year, I have had assistance and I never had to think about how to put them up. It could not have been easier to do on my own. I'm a 63 year old woman, and it was super easy to understand the order to place the shutters. Every shutter is well-marked, and fits snugly next to the preceding shutter. I really appreciate the quality and simplicity. Thank you, all these many years later!

We had Castle install rolling shutters on 2 large windows in our A-frame. This was done more for controlling the sun rather than for hurricane protection. The process from initial contact to final installation was highly professional and staff kept us informed along the way. I highly recommend them and wish we'd done it several years ago!

We had the team at Castle Impact Windows/Folding Shutter corporation do windows and shutters for my mother in laws house last year. Professional from the very first meeting with their sales guy. He went over all of our options and made suggestions on what would be the best fit. The office team stayed on top of it and kept us up to date. It did take slightly longer then we had anticipated as the HOA she lives in can be quite difficult, but this wasn't a fault of Castle and they kept us informed the entire time. Highly recommend the folks over at Castle Impact Windows if you need your home protected!!
