A big thank you and shout out to Castle Impact Windows! I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. My salesperson was knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured, he answered every question patiently, the installation crew did beautiful work, the accounting manager was incredibly helpful, and every staff member I spoke with was friendly and responsive.

They installed impact windows in my 1940s Lake Worth bungalow, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The windows look fantastic, the workmanship is excellent, and the team made what could have been a stressful project feel easy.

I'm sorry there's not a 6-star rating. Everything about my window and shutter install was fantastic. Phone communications with Stephanie, Victoria and Adam (hope I got their names right) were friendly and helpful. My contact person, Joe, was friendly and helpful and did not try to upsell, knowing I was older and on a fixed income. They are My Safe Florida Home approved and worked with me through all the steps. The installers were friendly and efficient and took care to minimize dirt and dust and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The final outcome was excellent, even the building inspector said they did a great job!

Luis and Frank, my installers, were outstanding. They were very knowledgeable, professional, clean, and hardworking. They arrived on time and got right to work. The entire installation process was smooth and stress-free. Thank you both for making this such a pleasant experience

Absolutely awesome roll down shutters. We are so happy with the installation and the convenience of not having to install huge shutters over french doors and large bay windows - these roll down shutters are wonderful and Castle is an excellent company! Already getting quotes for more work on the rest of the windows!

Castle did a great job on our hurricane shutters! Years later I contacted them to se if I could replace a lost part of the locking mechanism and they responded immediately and gave me the pieces I lost no charge!!

Was very easy to deal with the office staff. The shutters were installed and the operation of them was demonstrated by a very able installer. All in all this was a pleasant experience. It was a smooth installation and we had a difficulty under one of the floors but once solved the installation was completed! I had trouble locking one of the doors because I was unaware that the other part of the window also moved! Once that was made clear to me the door could be locked! A little drama but the windows have increased the value of my home and our building which was required to replace all of their patio doors and windows too! So our insurance went down and the building cosmetically looks a lot better without any need for shutters!!!

Excellent job by Castle. Sooooooo great not to worry about hurricane steel shutters. The impact glass allows one to view the hurricane winds from a safe place in your house. It's well worth the investment.

We purchased shutters for our sliding glass door. Our experience started with a very low sales pressure, informed demonstration of what our shutters would be and how they would work. Castle kept us informed of material delivery prior to install installation. The shutter installation was seamless with a demonstration of how to use and lock the newly installed shutters. As a courtesy, castle also looked at other non Castle shutters and made some minor repairs, free of charge. I would strongly recommend using Castle for their easy to use shutters,

Job professionally done. Measured, fabricated and installed to satisfaction. Approvals from HOA and Scheduling of installation could have been handled a little better , but satisfied with the installation. Would recommend to anyone needing folding shutters.

I recommend Castle Impact Windows pretty much across the board. Chris the sales guy, is very thorough, has tons of experience and provided pricing that I thought was very fair compared to other quotes I got. Stephanie and the other people in the office are very responsive and they follow up on things to keep them moving. My installers, Shengo and Brandon, were great today putting in the window. They arrived on time, went right to work and got the job done! The window looks good and it opeartes easily compared to my old windows and shutters. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Way back in 2005, Folding Shutter Corporation manufactured shutters for 5 window openings for my home. This year, 2019, is the first time I have put up the shutters by myself. Every other year, I have had assistance and I never had to think about how to put them up. It could not have been easier to do on my own. I'm a 63 year old woman, and it was super easy to understand the order to place the shutters. Every shutter is well-marked, and fits snugly next to the preceding shutter. I really appreciate the quality and simplicity. Thank you, all these many years later!

We had Castle install rolling shutters on 2 large windows in our A-frame. This was done more for controlling the sun rather than for hurricane protection. The process from initial contact to final installation was highly professional and staff kept us informed along the way. I highly recommend them and wish we'd done it several years ago!
